  • Have started culinary career as a Pastry cook more than 35 years ago and worked the way to the title of Pastry chef today.
  • Has been in the culinary industry for the past 35 years with 7 of the earlier years spent at International Hotels.
  • Menu planning, responsible and oversees of the day-to-day operation of Pastry Kitchen at the SATS Catering, which mainly catered for Singapore Airlines with 50 strong team members plus trainees from At-Sunrice and Shatec hotel schools.
  • Involved in menu design concepts and training chefs from others SATS companies and caterers around the globe which includes China, India and Pakistan.
  • Had received many accolades including a gold medal at the Food & Hotel Asia exhibition in Singapore and was nominated 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 for the Singapore WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualifications) At-Sunrice Mentor chef of the year award.
  • Approved judge by the World Association of Chef Societies. (WACS)
  • Contributes articles and recipes regularly to magazines and cook books.
